  • Event Base Charge: $300     During museum hours, max 50 people
  • Event Base Charge: $750     After museum hours, max 100 people
  • Event Base Charge: $975     After museum hours, 101-150 people
  • PWAM Staff : $20/hr per person (Required after hours; 1 for every 50 guests)
  • Moving Aircraft: $150/ per aircraft, if required to allow space for event
  • Damage Deposit: $500     Refundable after 30 days if no damage
  • Security: Arranged and paid by renter. Required if alcohol is served

Other charges including light towers and other equipment may apply, as well as the reservation deposit, which is 50% of estimated rental.
