Corporate Event (Over 3 hours, private, non-profit) 

0-150 persons $1,500.00
151-300 persons $1,500.00 + $5.00/person
301-500 persons  $1,250.00 + $5.00/person

Additional Charges:

  • Parking: $15.00/hr
  • Security $15.00/hr
  • Hire PWAM staff: $15.00/hr/person
  • Move aircraft: $100.00 ea (some aircraft are on permanent display and cannot be moved)
  • Table and chair set-up/tear down $100.00
  • Conference Room: $150.00/3-hour block, one-month advanced booking
  • Damage Deposit (held for 30 days after event and may be used by PWAM to pay any additional costs) $500.00 refundable
  • Non-Refundable Reservation Retainer Fee- 50% of estimated event total due at execution of contract)

Private Event (Over 3 hours, non-profit) 

0-150 persons $750.00
151-300 persons $750.00 + $5.00/person
301-500 persons  $1,250.00 + $5.00/person

Private Event (Under 3 hours, non-profit) i.e. luncheon, birthday parties, meetings, retirements

0-30 persons $250.00
 31-150 persons $300.00
150+ persons  $350.00

Additional Charges:

  • Table and chair set-up/tear down $100.00
  • Conference Room: $150.00/3-hour block, one-month advanced booking
